About Us

Semi Homes works primarily within the ECO scheme. The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme is a project, created by the government, to help target Fuel Poverty and reduce energy usage throughout Great Britain. This is achieved by allowing companies like SemiHomes to install energy saving measures and heating improvements to vulnerable households, for free.

This scheme is administered by Ofgem, who remain the regulation body, on behalf of the Department for Energy, Business and Industrial Strategy
